摘 要:在深化本科教育教学改革、全面提高人才培养质量的大背景下,地方高校面临新入职教师和研究生数量不足的现实挑战。本文以学生中心理念为核心,探索通过建立优秀本科生助教制度,构建朋辈互助平台,推进以教促学的“领学计划”。该计划通过选拔高年级优秀本科生担任助教,协助课程辅导、答疑和实践指导,有效缓解师资压力,激发学生自主学习动力。实践表明,“领学计划”不仅显著提升了学生的学业成绩,还通过高频次的小班辅导,培育了良好的学风。同时,领学者在服务中深化知识理解,提升综合能力,形成教学相长的良性循环。本研究为地方高校优化资源配置、创新人才培养模式提供了可借鉴的实践路径。With the reform of undergraduate education,local universities face the shortage of teaching assistants and graduate students.Centered on the student-oriented philosophy,this study explores the "Leading Learning Program" which focuses on establishing an efficient undergraduate teaching assistant system and a peer learning support platform.In this program,excellent undergraduates can be selected as teaching assistants to play a leading role in learning.It is proved that this program can not only improve students,academic performance but also cultivate a positive academic atmosphere.Meanwhile,the student leaders deepen their knowledge comprehension,enhance comprehensive competencies,and form a virtuous cycle of mutual learning between teaching and learning.This research provides a referable practical pathway for local universities to optimize resource allocation and innovate talent cultivation models.
