摘　　要：目的研究眼科住院患者眼别混淆的发生情况及影响因素。方法便利抽取河南科技大学第一附属医院景华院区眼科220例患者,根据是否发生眼别混淆,分为混淆组58例和非混淆组162例。统计眼别混淆发生情况,采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析发生眼别混淆的影响因素。结果眼别混淆的实际发生率为10.91%,logistic回归分析显示,患者年龄、责任护士层级、日常生活视力、眼部敷料覆盖天数、每日眼药使用频次是其影响因素。结论眼科住院患者眼别混淆发生率相对较高,主要发生在眼部用药环节,临床护理人员可根据影响因素制订干预措施,预防眼别混淆发生。Objective To study the occurrence and influencing factors of eye type confusion among hospitalized ophthalmic patients.Methods A total of 220 patients were conveniently selected from the Ophthalmology Department of Jinghua Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology.Based on whether eye type confusion occurred,they were divided into a confusion group of 58 cases and a non-confusion group of 162 cases.The occurrence of eye type confusion was counted,and the influencing factors of eye confusion were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results The actual incidence of eye type confusion was 10.91%.Logistic regression analysis revealed that patient age,the level of the responsible nurse,daily visual acuity,the number of days of eye dressing coverage,and the daily frequency of eye medication use were significant influencing factors.Conclusion The incidence of eye type confusion among hospitalized ophthalmic patients is relatively high,primarily occurring during the administration of eye medication.Clinical nursing staff can devise intervention measures based on influencing factors to prevent the occurrence of eye type confusion.
