陕甘宁边区的文化教育实践及突出特点

摘　　要：文化教育是中国共产党在陕甘宁边区社会建设中卓有成效的一项工作。陕甘宁边区积极发展初等与中等相结合的国民教育,结合边区实际发展形式灵活的民众教育,逐渐形成了以国民教育为主线,以民众教育为支线的新民主主义教育体系,并在教育实践中呈现出“坚持以人为本的教育理念”“注重联系群众实际的工作方法”“坚持中国共产党领导的前进方向”的独有特色。Cultural and educational work is one of the most fruitful endeavors of the Communist Party of China in the social construction of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region actively developed national education that combined primary and secondary education,and flexibly developed mass education in line with the actual situation of the border region.Gradually,a new democratic education system was formed,with national education as the main line and mass education as the secondary line.In educational practices,they showed unique characteristics such as“adhering to the people-oriented educational concept”,“emphasizing the working method of connecting with the actual situation of the masses”,and“sticking to the forward direction led by the Communist Party of China”.
