新定位、新范式、新样态:大历史观视域下的国家治理

摘　　要：国家治理现代化是推动中国式现代化发展的题中应有之义。深入总结新中国成立以来国家治理成就取得的经验,需要大历史观视野:从中国古代社会的国家治理探索经验中创新国家治理定位,从社会主义现代化建设的探索经验中开创国家治理新范式,从新时代国家治理探索经验中塑造国家治理新样态。在此基础上,可以更加深刻地领悟新中国成立以来国家治理现代化发展进程取向,为实现中国式现代化、推进人类社会治理作出更大的贡献。The modernization of national governance is a key element in the promotion of the development of Chinese modernization.In order to deeply summarize the experience gained from the achievements in national governance since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,macro-history view is needed:to innovate the orientation of national governance from the experience of exploring national governance in ancient Chinese society,to create a new paradigm of national governance from the experience of exploring socialist modernization,and to shape a new pattern of national governance from the experience of exploring national governance in the new era.On this basis,it is possible to gain a deeper understanding of the orientation of the development process of modernization of national governance since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and to make greater contributions to the realization of Chinese-style modernization and the advancement of human social governance.
