基于OBE理念的高校“财务职业能力综合实训”课程教学改革探究

摘  要:为了提高人才供给的质量,实现产教融合,各应用型本科院校陆续开设了“财会职业能力综合实训”课程。而以成果为导向的OBE教育理念与市场需求高度契合,并在财会高等教育中得到广泛应用。文章分析“财务职业能力综合实训”课程的运行现状,指出高校要从明确培养目标、优化教学流程、创设教学情境、改进教学评价等方面,对“财务职业能力综合实训”课程教学改革进行探讨,以培养学生的实操能力。In order to improve the quality of talent supply and achieve the integration of industry and education,various applied undergraduate colleges have successively offered the course of"Comprehensive Training of Financial and Accounting Vocational Skills".The results oriented OBE education philosophy is highly compatible with market demand and has been widely applied in higher education in finance and accounting.The article analyzes the current operation status of the"Comprehensive Training of Financial Professional Abilities"course and points out that universities should explore the teaching reform of the"Comprehensive Training of Financial Professional Abilities"course from the aspects of clarifying training objectives,optimizing teaching processes,creating teaching scenarios,and improving teaching evaluation,in order to cultivate students'practical abilities.
