摘　　要：对“身体”认识的不同是中医学区别于西医学的重要方面,也是中医学最具特色的内容。近年来,学界对中医身体观的讨论愈加深入,尤其是早期医学文献中的身体观,彰显了中医学的原创理论内涵。以《天回医简》为研究对象,通过对书中论述身体的文献进行整理,归纳、分析《天回医简》中的身体观主要包括阐发气血为本的精微基础、提出以心为“正”的脏腑系统、构建十二经脉的经脉体系三个方面,进一步凝练《天回医简》身体观的特征,包括以通天为核心的整体性身体和以脏腑为核心的关联性身体,最后提出《天回医简》是研究扁鹊医学的重要参考书,《天回医简》身体观即是“扁鹊医派”对身体的认识,可为完善扁鹊医派理论体系提供参考。The difference in the understanding of“body”is an important element that distinguishes Chinese medicine from Western medicine,and it is also the most characteristic element of Chinese medicine.In recent years,the academic discussion on the body view of Traditional Chinese Medicine is becoming increasingly in-depth,especially on the concept of the body in the early medical literature,which highlights the original theoretical connotation of Chinese medicine.Therefore,this study takes Tian Hui Yi Jian《(天回医简》Tianhui Medical Slips)as the research object,through the collation of the literature on the body in the book,summarizes and analyzes the body view in Tian Hui Yi Jian,which mainly includes the elaboration of the subtle foundation of qi and blood,the proposal of the zang-fu(脏腑)organ system with the heart as the“host”,and the construction of the meridian system of twelve meridians.It further condenses the characteristics of the body view of Tian Hui Yi Jian,including the holistic body centered on Tong Tian(通天interconnection between men and heaven)and the correlative body centered on the internal organs.Finally,the study suggests that Tian Hui Yi Jian is an important reference book for the study of Bian Que’s(扁鹊)medicine,and the body view of the book is the understanding of the body of Bian Que’s school of medicine,so it can be used as a reference for the improvement of Bian Que’s theoretical system of medicine.
