摘　　要：近代以来孟河医家出现了大量外迁的情况,孟河地区医疗市场的饱和、区域医疗中心地位的下降、太平天国运动的爆发、医疗联盟的排斥、出师之后的离开等是其主要因素。“孟河医派”之名的形成及孟河医学的进一步传承和传播,与近代孟河医家的外迁密切相关,上海成为孟河及其他众多周边医家的主要移居之地。探究孟河医家外迁的历史可以为江南地区其他医学流派的研究提供范式和参考。Since modern times,a large number of physicians from Menghe(孟河)school of medicine have relocated outside the area.The saturation of the medical market in Menghe area,the decline of the status as the regional medical center,the outbreak of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement,the exclusion of the outside medical alliance,and the departure of doctors after their successors all led to the outward migration of a large number of doctors in Menghe.The formation of Menghe school of medicine and the further inheritance and dissemination of Menghe medicine are closely related to the emigration of modern Menghe doctors.Since modern times,Shanghai has become a major destination for many doctors from and around Menghe area.The study on the history of outwards migration of doctors in Menghe area can provide a paradigm and reference for studying other medical schools in Jiangnan area.
