摘　　要：《传统泰医国方》是一部由泰国卫生部组织编撰的权威泰医方剂专著,共收录324首医方,包含635味泰国本土药和12味外来药。《泰方》中有关中药的记载反映了中医药在泰国的流传与应用情况。通过对《泰方》所收录的中药使用频次的统计、病证的关联度分析以及泰医与中医相关理论的对比研究可知,中药在泰国数量虽少,但使用频繁;中药与泰国本土药配伍后多应用于治疗桑病、胆火引起的月经病以及风病;泰医在借鉴吸收中药功效的同时,始终遵循本土理论的指导,并结合当地气候、生活习惯等情况,形成了“中药泰用”的特色。National Traditional Thai Medicine Formulary is an authoritative monograph of Thai medicine prescriptions organized and compiled by the Ministry of Health of Thailand.It includes 324 medical prescriptions,consisting of 635 Thai local medicines and 12 foreign medicines.The records of Chinese medicines in the book reflect the spread and application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in Thailand.Through the a nalysis of the frequency of use of TCM in Thai Formulary,the correlation between diseases,and the comparative study between traditional Thai medicine and relevant theories of TCM,the study found that though the number of TCM herbs used in Thailand is small,they are used frequently.These traditional Chinese med icines are often used in combination with Thai local medicines for Sang disease,Menstrual disease caused by gallbladder fire,and diseases in relation with wind.Traditional Thai medicine has always followed the guidance of Thai medical theory while learning and absorbing the efficacy of TCM,and combined it with the local climate,lifestyle habits and other factors,so that these traditional Chinese medicines can also play their therapeutic roles in Thailand,reflecting the characteristic of“Thai style using of Chinese medicines”.
