摘　　要：王九峰,系清代丹徒名医。生于乾隆二十三年(1753),卒于咸丰辛酉年(1861)之后,名之政,字献廷,号九峰。年三十余丧子,因此致耳聋,故又自号“王聋子”。相传嘉庆中受征召未就,故后世又有“王征君”之称。有子七,孙二,俱未承家学。王九峰医名盛极一时,从学者甚众,虞克昌、李文荣、蒋宝素、朱致五、李欣园、费伯雄、刘允中、孙铨等皆出其门下,其学术思想对后来崛起的孟河医派影响深远。Wang Jiufeng(王九峰),a renowned physician from Dantu(丹徒)area during the Qing Dynasty,was born in the 23rd year of the Qianlong reign(1753)and passed away in the Xinyou year of the Xianfeng era(1861).His courtesy name was Zhizheng(之政),and he was also known by his literary names Xianting(献廷)and Jiufeng(九峰).After losing his son in his thirties,he became deaf and adopted the self-styled epithet“Wang Longzi(王聋子)”.Rumors had it that he declined official summons during the Jiaqing period,earning him the posthumous honorific“Wang Zhengjun(王征君)”.Despite his medical legacy,none of his seven children or two grandchildren pursued the family profession.Wang Jiufeng’s medical expertise garnered widespread acclaim,attracting disciples such as Yu Kechang(虞克昌),Li Wenrong(李文荣),Jiang Baosu(蒋宝素),Zhu Zhiwu(朱致五),Li Xinyuan(李欣园),Fei Boxiong(费伯雄),Liu Yunzhong(刘允中),and Sun Quan(孙铨).His scholarly contributions profoundly influenced the rise of the Menghe school of medicine,shaping its academic foundations.
