摘 要:面向教育数字化战略背景,如何负责任地建构城乡学校共同体具有极强的现实价值。研究基于责任伦理视角,从角色责任、契约责任、文化责任及前瞻责任4个核心维度,厘定数字化驱动城乡学校共同体建构的责任伦理边界。从多元主体角色关系冲突与胜任力水平不足、城乡学校利益整合缺乏合宜化契约引领、城乡教育文化同质危机凸显及在地化传承缺乏、前瞻愿景设计受困于循证式决策服务体系缺乏等方面,揭示了数字化驱动城乡学校共同体建构的责任伦理风险。据此,提出数字化驱动城乡学校共同体建构的责任伦理规约路径:强化角色对话,架构数智时代城乡一体化办学的角色协同机制;重塑契约精神,构建指向城乡学校利益协调的数据治理体系;凸显人文浸润,借力数字平等对话打造城乡学校文化共同体;立足循证决策,构建面向前瞻责任的办学风险治理机制。In the context of the educational digitization strategy,how to responsibly construct the urban-rural school communities has immense practical significance.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,this paper delineates the ethical boundaries of responsibility for the digitally-driven construction of urban-rural school communities across four core dimensions:role responsibility,contractual responsibility,cultural responsibility,and forward-looking responsibility.It uncovers the ethical risks associated with this construction,including relational conflicts in multi-stakeholder roles and inadequate competency,the lack of appropriate contractual guidance for integrating the interests of urban and rural schools,the prominent crisis of homogenization in urban and rural educational cultures and the absence of localized inheritance,and difficulties in designing forward-looking visions due to the scarcity of an evidence-based decision-making support system.Based on these insights,this paper proposes some ethical guidelines for the digitally-driven construction of urban-rural school communities.It is necessary to improve the role-play in the dialogue,establish a role-play coordination mechanism for the integrated urban-rural education in the era of digital intelligence,reshape the contractual spirit,construct a data-governance system aimed at regulating the interests of urban and rural schools,emphasize humanistic influence,leverage digital platforms for the equal dialogue to construct a cultural community for urban and rural schools,and establish a risk management mechanism for school operations oriented towards forward-looking responsibility dependant on evidence-based decision-making.
