摘  要:设计学的最大特点是跨学科性,人才培养的最大特征是多学科知识及艺工交融,其培养目标是具有多学科、宽视野的创新型、复合型新工科人才。文章以智慧教学环境为支撑,提出了STEAM+理念+5E模式+i_MMLOE学习策略的全链条体验式教学育人新理念,形成了跨界思维视角下的多元智慧实践育人的新培养模式,架构了大类+工程+设计、创新实践+国际化、个性化+自主提升的特色立体培养体系及方法;从观摩体验、虚仿与实操体验、自主设计等方面,建设了基于抽象与具象、感性与理性、设计与工程多角度融合的新配套教学过程及手段。同时,基于师生数字孪生画像,建设了本研一体化培养的系统配套支撑服务平台,在哈工大设计类人才培养实践中取得了优良业绩。为艺工交融的设计学类特色人才培养模式提供了一种系统且切实可行的教学创新与实践参考方案。The characteristic of designology is interdisciplinary.The greatest feature of its talent training is the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge and fuse of arts and industry,and talent training objective meets the needs of cultivating innovative and compound talents for new engineering with multidisciplinary and wide vision.This paper uses the intelligent teaching environment as a supporting condition,puts forward a new whole chain experiential concept of educating people based on STEAM concept+5E mode+i MMLOE learning strategies,and has formed a new talent training mode,which is a diversified intelligent teaching and training mode from the perspective of cross-border thinking.And it has constructed a characteristic threedimensional training system based on category+engineering+design,innovative practice+internationalization,personalization+independent improvement.On the base of these,the new supporting teaching process and means,which integrates abstraction and concrete,sensibility and rationality,design and engineering,is constructed from the aspects of observation experience,virtual imitation and practical operation experience,independent design and so on.At the same time,based on the digital twin portraits of teachers and students,an integrated support service system of this research is constructed for undergraduate and graduate student cultivation,and excellent achievements have been made in the training practice of design talents in Harbin Institute of Technology.The relevant achievements provide a new systematic and practicable teaching innovation and practice scheme for the characteristic talent training mode of integrating art and industry in the field of designology.
