摘 要:为改善海滨浴场安全事故频发现状,研究海滨浴场中的各种情境影响因素,构建海滨浴场安全救援系统设计策略,降低安全事故的发生频率提升浴场救援工作效率。归纳分析情境理论在设计领域的应用成果,结合实地调研和用户访谈,对海滨浴场的用户、环境、设备和任务等4类情境展开调查分析,提炼用户行为需求。针对4种情境提出对应的安全救援系统设计策略。将情境理论运用于系统设计中,有助于对海滨浴场人-机-环境关系的理解和对用户行为需求的挖掘,对预防和应对海滨浴场安全事故,降低事故发生率,优化救援服务流程,保护游客的生命安全有积极作用。To improve the frequent occurrence of safety accidents at seaside bathing beaches,this study investigates various situational influencing factors in seaside bathing beaches,constructs design strategies for a safety rescue system at seaside bathing beaches,and aims to reduce the frequency of safety accidents and enhance the efficiency of rescue work at the bathing beaches.Summarize and analyze the application achievements of situational theory in the design field.Combine field research and user interviews to investigate and analyze the four types of situations in beach bathing areas,namely users,environment,equipment,and tasks,and refine user behavior requirements.Corresponding safety and rescue system design strategies for the four situations have been proposed.Applying situational theory to system design helps to understand the human-machine-environment relationship in beach resorts and to explore user behavior needs.It plays a positive role in preventing and dealing with safety accidents in beach resorts,reducing the accident rate,optimizing rescue service processes,and protecting the life safety of tourists.
