摘 要:[目的]为提高双燃料发动机的动力性和降低排放问题,将指示功率和NO_(x)排放作为优化目标,提高一次回归正交试验得出优化的目标函数,建立优化模型。[方法]采用第2代非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对柴油机指示功率和NO排放进行多目标优化,得到帕累托前沿(Pareto Front)图。根据得到的Pareto最优解集,通过熵权逼近理想解(TOPSIS)对最优解集进行决策得分,最终选出得分最高的1组作为最优解。[结果]最优解的指示功率为56.07 kW,NO排放为9.236×10^(-11)‰。此时的掺混比为29.7%,喷油时刻的曲轴转角为697.2°,喷醇时刻的曲轴转角为704.4°,进气压力为0.232 MPa,进气温度为343.5 K。[结论]该组指示功率提升了5.85%,NO排放降低了26.18%。[Purpose]In order to improve the power performance of dual-fuel engines and reduce emissions,the indicated power and NOx emissions are taken as the optimization objectives,and the optimization objective function is obtained by a regressive orthogonal test,and the optimization model is established.[Method]The indicated power and NO emission of diesel engines are optimized by NSGA-.ⅡThe Pareto Front diagram is obtained.According to the Pareto optimal solution set,the entropy weight technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is used to score the optimal solution set,and the group with the highest score is selected as the optimal solution.[Result]The optimal solution is the indicated power of 56.07 kW and NO emission of 9.236×10^(−11)‰.At this time,the mixing ratio is 29.7%,the oil injection time is 697.2°,the alcohol injection time is 704.4°,the intake temperature is 0.232 MPa,and the intake temperature is 343.5 K.[Conclusion]The indicated power of the group is increased by 5.85%and the NO emission is decreased by 26.18%.
