摘 要:[目的]随着夹芯复合材料结构开始广泛运用于船舶领域,复合材料螺栓连接节点的极限承载能力成为主要关心的问题。[方法]选取夹芯复合材料舷墙与钢质主船体连接位置的节点作为研究对象,提出2种螺栓连接方案,通过试验方法对2种连接节点的极限承载能力和破坏模式进行研究。针对平纹编织复合材料单层板,提出改进后的失效准则和刚度折减策略,并基于改进方法对2种节点进行极限承载能力计算。[结果]结果表明:不可拆方案除了具有密闭性好、质量轻等优点外,极限承载能力也比可拆方案要大。[结论]在实际工程应用中可采用螺栓不可拆方案,改进的有限元方法可对复合材料螺栓连接节点的极限承载能力进行准确计算,为后续的节点优化提供了参考。[Purpose]As composite structures are widely used in ship structures,the ultimate bearing capacity of composite bolted joints becomes a major concern.[Method]The composite bolted joints in bulwark are selected as the research object,and two bolted joint schemes are proposed.The ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of the two joints are investigated by test method.An improved failure criterion and stiffness reduction strategy for the fibre-reinforced plastic are proposed,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the two joints is calculated based on the improved method.[Result]The research shows that the non-detachable scheme has the advantages of good tightness and light weight,and the ultimate bearing capacity is larger than that of the detachable scheme.[Conclusion]Thus,the non-detachable scheme can be used in practical engineering applications.At the same time,the improved finite element method can accurately calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite bolted joints,and provide a reference for the subsequent local optimization of the joints.
