摘  要:[目的]业内对纤维系泊缆绳在浮式风电系泊安装预张紧模式研究不足,制约了纤维系泊缆绳大规模应用于浮式风电项目。[方法]以高模聚乙烯缆为研究对象,比较分析WindFloatAtlantic项目所用安装预张紧模式和刚度测试模式与美国船级社(ABS)所发指南中的区别,进一步优化设计30%最小破断负荷(MBL)、20%MBL循环和不循环的风浮大西洋(WFA)安装预张紧模式(WFA模式)。通过测试高模聚乙烯缆子绳试样,比较分析ABS和WFA安装预张紧模式对缆绳安装后准静态刚度、老化后准静态刚度和动态刚度的影响,并以集中质量法仿真计算验证2种模式下浮式风电基础的极端动态海况系泊性能差别。[结果]结果表明,采用WFA模式后,高模聚乙烯缆绳的安装后准静态刚度将大幅下降,但随载荷变化的线性表现更好,而老化阶段循环会使准静态刚度上升至与ABS模式老化后准静态刚度相当的水平,2种模式下高模聚乙烯缆绳的动态刚度基本相同。[结论]2种模式下浮式风电基础的极端动态海况系泊性能差别很小,实际工程中可采用WFA模式简化高模聚乙烯缆的预张紧施工,以降低施工成本和风险。[Purpose]The lack of research on the installation modes of fibre mooring ropes for the mooring system of floating offshore wind turbine platforms has hindered the large-scale application of fibre mooring ropes in floating offshore wind turbine projects.[Method]Taking high modulus polyethylene ropes as the research object,the differences between the installation mode and stiffness test method used in the wind float atlantic(WFA)project and published in the American bureau of shipping(ABS)guideline are compared and analyzed.The further optimized WFA modes with 30%minimum breaking load(MBL),20%MBL cycling and no cycling are proposed and verified by testing the high modulus polyethylene subrope specimens.The subrope specimens are tested to compare and analyze the effects of the ABS and WFA installation preloading modes on the quasi-static and dynamic stiffness of the ropes after installation and ageing.In addition,concentrated mass method simulation is conducted to verify the difference in the mooring performance of floating wind turbine foundations in 2 modes under the extreme dynamic sea conditions.[Result]Compared to the ABS mode,the quasi-static stiffness of high modulus polyethylene ropes after installation is greatly reduced with the application of WFA modes,with a better linear performance varying with load.Cycling during the ageing phase will increase the quasi-static stiffness to a level equivalent to the aged quasi-static stiffness applied with the ABS mode.The dynamic stiffness of the high modulus polyethylene ropes under the two modes is essentially the same. [Conclusion] The mooring performance of floating wind turbine foundations in 2 modes shows minimal difference under the extreme dynamic sea conditions. In practical engineering, the WFA mode can be used to simplify the pre-loading of fiber mooring ropes thereby reducing construction costs and risks.
