摘 要:产教融合的实质是教育和产业形成一体化互动关系,是校企合作的高级阶段。产教融合是教育与生产实践紧密衔接,学校与企业、行业双向合作,双方互惠互利的一种办学方式。产教融合背景下林学专业人才培养模式,旨在从课程、师资、实践方面引入外部资源,打通教学平台,让林学专业学生成为人工智能时代的学习者和践行者。信阳农林学院在林学专业人才的培养过程中,在产教融合引领课程建设、协同育人机制促进人才培养、校企共建实习基地,共同开展社会服务等方面进行了诸多创新实践,取得了积极的成效,形成了可具推广的林学专业人才培养模式。The essence of industry-education integration lies in the formation of an integrated interactive relationship between education and industry,representing an advanced stage of school-enterprise cooperation.Industry-education integration refers to a mode of schooling that closely links education with production practice,featuring two-way cooperation between schools and enterprises or industries,resulting in mutual benefits for both parties.The talent cultivation model for forestry majors,in the context of industry-education integration,aims to introduce external resources from the aspects of curriculum,faculty,and practice,integrate teaching platforms,and enable forestry students to become learners and practitioners in the era of artificial intelligence.In the process of cultivating forestry professionals,Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University has carried out many innovative practices in the integration of industry and education to lead curriculum construction,collaborative education mechanism to promote talent cultivation,school enterprise joint construction of internship bases,and joint social services.It has achieved positive results and formed a promotable forestry talent training model.
