从象征性到真实性:大学教师学术评价范式转换研究

摘　　要：基于“象征性”的学术评价是一种外部质量问责与监控的管理手段,其符号化、外部性和程式化表征引致学术创新价值、正义价值和主体价值危机。真实性评价范式以元评价理论为依据,在本体论上强调公共价值生成,认识论上关注主体间性建构,价值论上凸显学术增值评价,方法论上创新循证评价方式。对此,实现象征性评价范式走向真实性评价范式,应构建协同治理机制,凝聚多元价值共识;引入实践哲学视角,重思主体价值关系;关注学术增值影响,重构学术评价体系;依托人工智能技术,创新循证学术评价。Academic evaluation based on"symbolism"is a management method of external quality accountability and monitoring,and its symbolization,externality and stylization lead to the crisis of academic innovation value,justice value and subject value.The authenticity evaluation paradigm is based on meta-evaluation theory,emphasizing the generation of public value in ontology,focusing on the construction of intersubjectivity in epistemology,highlighting academic value-added evaluation in axiology,and innovating evidence-based evaluation methods in methodology.In this regard,to realize the shift from the symbolic evaluation paradigm to the authenticity evaluation paradigm,we should build a collaborative governance mechanism and achieve the consensus of multiple values;introduce the perspective of practical philosophy and rethink the relationship of subject value;pay attention to the influence of academic appreciation and reconstruct the academic evaluation system;and innovate evidence-based academic evaluation relying on artificial intelligence technology.
