教育数字化转型背景下基于慕课的研究生混合式教育模式构建及实证研究

摘  要:基于慕课的研究生混合式教学模式运用于“教育研究方法”课程教学实践中,实践结果显示慕课在线课程受到了学生的积极参与,学生在慕课学习中取得了良好的学习效果。对课前课后研究生研究能力进行对比,发现学生在多个维度的研究能力与水平得到了显著提升,尤其在研究知识与素养的增加、研究的伦理意识以及研究兴趣提升等方面取得了明显的效果。统计分析结果显示,基于慕课的研究生混合式教学的班级成绩显著高于对照班的成绩。进一步研究显示,慕课在线课程的内容质量和期望确认对与学生的有用性感知有显著的正相关,学生的娱乐性感知和期望确认与学生对这门课程的满意度显著的正相关,同时,学生的有用性感知和课程的满意度与其参与学习的意愿显著的正相关。基于此,提出研究生慕课教学发展的建议,包括进一步推广学校的慕课课程建设、加强线上线下混合教学模式的探索、加强课程的线上与线下的互动、丰富与完善教学评价体系与提高高教工作者的数字化能力。Mixed teachinGmode for graduate students has been applied to the postgraduate course“Educational Research Methods”.The results show that the online course in massive open online course has been actively participated by students,and students have achieved good learninGresults in their study in massive open online course.By comparinGstudents research ability before and after class,it is found that students research ability and level have been significantly improved in many dimensions,especially in the increase of research knowledge and literacy,research ethical awareness and research interest.The results of statistical analysis show that the performance of the blended learninGclass based on massive open online course is significantly higher than that of the control class.Further research shows that the content quality and expectation confirmation of online courses in massive open online course have a significant positive correlation with students sense of usefulness,students sense of entertainment and expectation confirmation have a significant positive correlation with students satisfaction with the course,and students sense of usefulness and satisfaction with the course have a significant positive correlation with their willingness to participate in learning.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of massive open online course teachinGfor graduate students,includinGfurther promotinGthe construction of massive open online course courses in schools,strengtheninGthe exploration of online and offline mixed teachinGmode,strengtheninGthe interaction between online and offline courses,enrichinGand perfectinGthe teachinGevaluation system and improvinGthe digital ability of higher education workers.
