摘 要:通过分析工程造价精细化管理中存在的问题,如造价预算编制偏差大、造价管理与市场不符以及工程信息化程度低等,本文探讨了BIM技术在提高工程造价精细化管理水平中的作用。BIM技术在设计阶段可帮助核查设计问题,提升设计成果质量;在招标阶段能准确测算评估招标控制价;在决策阶段提高造价预算准确性;在施工阶段可实现实时展示和问题针对性处理;在竣工阶段可保证数据记录和储存,并提供补救措施。最后还提出了提高管理重视程度、建立完善管理机制和加强BIM技术管理等应用策略,以确保BIM技术在工程造价精细化管理中发挥最大效用。By studying the problems in the refined management of engineering costs,including deviations in cost budget preparation,discrepancies between cost management and market conditions,and low levels of engineering informatization,the role of BIM technology in improving the level of refined management of engineering costs was summarized.BIM technology can assist in verifying design issues and enhancing the quality of design outcomes during the design phase.It can also accurately estimate and evaluate tender control prices during the bidding phase.Moreover,it improves the accuracy of cost budgeting during the decision-making phase,enables the real-time display and targeted handling of issues during the construction phase,and ensures data recording and storage,and provides remedial measures during the completion phase.At the end of this paper,application strategies,including increasing management emphasis,establishing a sound management mechanism,and strengthening BIM technology management,were proposed to ensure that BIM technology maximizes its effectiveness.
