摘  要:为解决电驱动多回路液压源中传统永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制方法抗干扰能力不足的问题,基于变系数可变边界层指数趋近律,设计一种快速非奇异终端滑模速度控制器。同时,设计高增益扩张状态观测器,用以估计扰动值,并将其前馈补偿到滑模控制器输出中,实现对扰动的动态补偿。结果表明:相较于传统滑模控制和比例积分(PI)控制方法,该控制策略在响应速度方面分别提高了18%和30%,抗干扰性能方面分别增强了23.8%和38.4%,稳态误差分别减小62.5%、57.4%。因此,该控制策略较传统滑模具有更低的抖振和更小的稳态误差,较PI具有更小超调和更强抗干扰性能,能够满足液压源的多负载特征驱动要求。Addressing the issue of limited disturbance rejection capability inherent in conventional control methods for permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)within multi-circle hydraulic power units,a fast non-singular terminal sliding mode speed controller is conceptualized utilizing a variable-coefficient variable boundary layer exponential reaching law.A high-gain extended state observer is engineered to estimate disturbances and provide feed forward compensation to the output of the sliding mode controller,thereby achieving dynamic disturbance compensation.Comparative results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy outperforms traditional sliding mode and PI control methods in terms of response speed by 18%and 30%,improves disturbance rejection by 23.8%and 38.4%,and reduces steady-state error by 62.5%and 57.4%,respectively.Consequently,this control strategy offers lower oscillations and reduced steady-state error compared to traditional sliding mode control,as well as diminished overshoot and enhanced disturbance rejection capabilities relative to PI control.It is thus capable of meeting the multi-load characteristic driving requirements of hydraulic power sources.
