摘　　要：基于校企合作,由本科生在校内导师和行业专家的指导下,结合生产实际,面向汽车装配开展了拧紧设备的工艺实验研究。首先分析了生产车间中常见的拧紧异常,通过实验确定了二步拧紧策略的关键参数;在拧紧过程中增加了角度监控,以及时发现重复拧紧、滑牙等异常状况。为进一步提高系统的防错能力,对拧紧设备进行了定期检定,针对异常状况制定维护或送检计划。本文的工作为促进产教融合、切实提升人才联合培养质量提供了良好的研究案例。Based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,under the guidance of tutors and industry experts in university,undergraduates carried out experimental research on the tightening process for automobile assembly in combination with actual production.Firstly,the common tightening anomalies in the production workshop were analyzed,and the key parameters of the two-step tightening strategy were determined through experiments.Angle monitoring was added during the tightening process to detect abnormal conditions such as repeated tightening and tooth slippage in a timely manner.To further improve the error-proofing ability of the system,the tightening equipment is regularly checked,and a maintenance or inspection plan is formulated for any abnormal conditions.The work of this paper provides a good research case for promoting the integration of industry and education and effectively improving the quality of joint talent training.
