摘  要:本文以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为原材料,加入交联剂新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(NGDE),采用真空冷冻干燥法制备了一种环境友好型纤维素吸水材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)等手段,对吸水材料的微观结构进行了表征,探究了不同的NGDE含量对材料的吸水性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的吸水材料具有良好的吸液性能和保水性能,当HPMC含量为4%wt、NGDE含量为9%wt时,吸水材料的性能最佳,此时吸去离子水倍数能达到17g·g^(-1),吸盐水倍数能达到9.5g·g^(-1),且保水时间超过180h。An environmentally friendly cellulose absorbent material was prepared by vacuum freeze-drying process applied hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC) as raw material and neopentylene glycidyl ether(NGDE) as crosslinker.The microstructure of the absorbent materials was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The effects of varying NGDE content on the water absorption performance were systematically investigated.The results indicated that the prepared absorbent materials exhibited excellent liquid absorption and water retention properties.Optimal performance was achieved when the HPMC content was 4wt% and the NGDE content was9wt%,with a water absorption capacity of 17g/g,a saline absorption capacity of 9.5g/g,and a water retention time exceeding 180h.
