摘  要:目的建立临床医生健康教育胜任力评价体系,用以评价临床医生健康教育胜任力。方法通过文献回顾,总结现有健康教育胜任力指标体系,形成初始条目池;基于条目池进行德尔菲专家函询,以重要性评分均数≥4.00、满分率≥20.0%、变异系数≤0.250作为条目纳入标准,以Kendall's W协调系数≥0.700作为函询停止标准;各指标间相对重要程度使用Satty 1~9标度法进行标度,运用层次分析法计算各指标权重。结果经2轮函询形成了以知识、健康教育技能、综合素质为主要框架的指标体系,其中一级指标3个,二级指标11个,三级指标44个。2轮函询专家积极系数均大于70%;专家权威系数分别为0.877和0.831;协调系数分别为0.289和0.715(P均<0.001)。一级指标中,健康教育技能所占权重最大(49.2%),其次是知识(30.5%),最后是综合素质(20.3%)。结论初步建立了临床医生健康教育胜任力评价指标体系,为进一步验证及应用奠定了基础。Objective To construct a health education competency evaluation system for physicians to evaluate their health education competency.Methods Through literature review and existed health education competency index system,an initial item pool was established.Based on the item pool,a Delphi expert correspondence was conducted.The inclusion criteria for the entries were mean importance score≥4.00,full score rate≥20.0%,and coefficient of variation≤0.250 as.Kendall's W coordination coefficient≥0.700 was used as stopping criteria for expert correspondence.The relative importance of the indicators was scaled using Satty 1-9 scale,and the weights of the indicators were calculated using hierarchical analysis.Results After two rounds of correspondence,an indicator system was formed with knowledge,health education skills,and comprehensive quality as the main framework,including three first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 44 third-level indicators.The positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of correspondence were greater than 70%.The coefficients of the authority of the experts were 0.877 and 0.831.The coefficients of the co-ordination were 0.289 and 0.715,respectively(all P<0.001).Among the first-level indicators,health education skills had the greatest weight(49.2%),followed by knowledge(30.5%)and comprehensive quality(20.3%).Conclusion A preliminary evaluation index system for health education competence of physicians has been established for further validation and application.
