摘  要:职业教育产教融合是推动经济产业发展的重要一环,能为社会各个行业提供优质的人才储备,形成行业发展的良性循环。然而产教融合存在诸多的痛点。我国和其他国家在不同程度上对产教融合模式进行了探索和改革,取得了优异的成绩。针对我国的职业教育现状,通过营造技能成才的社会氛围、创新校企间有效的人才互评机制、推动一体化教育模式等方式,来创新产教融合运行机制,使产教融合中“两张皮”的问题得到解决。Industry-education integration in vocational education is a crucial link in promoting economic and industrial development.It can provide high-quality talent reserves for various industries in society,forming a virtuous cycle of industry development.However,there are many pain points in industry-education integration.China and other countries have explored and reformed the industry-education integration model to varying degrees,achieving remarkable results.In light of the current situation of vocational education in China,it is necessary to innovate the operational mechanism of industry-education integration by fostering a social atmosphere that values skills and talent,creating an effective mutual evaluation mechanism for talents between schools and enterprises,and promoting an integrated education model,so as to resolve the issue of‘two separate entities’in industry-education integration.
