摘 要:随着工业制造对效率和环保要求的增加,传统高频感应焊接面临能耗高和设备耐用性差的挑战。碳化硅(SiC)作为一种先进的半导体材料,其在高频感应焊接钢管中的应用可为这些问题提供解决方案。文章详细分析了SiC逆变器技术的电气性能及其在焊接过程中的优势,探讨了SiC器件的热管理、高效能转换及其对系统可靠性的提升。研究着重于SiC逆变器在电路设计和控制策略中的应用,旨在通过技术创新提升焊接效率和质量,降低能耗,增强系统稳定性。With the increase of efficiency and environmental protection requirements in industrial manufacturing,traditional high-frequency induction welding faces the challenges of high energy consumption and poor equipment durability.Silicon carbide(SiC)as an advanced semiconductor material,its application in high-frequency induction welded steel pipe may provide a solution to these problems.In this paper,the electrical performance of SiC inverter technology and its advantages in the welding process are analyzed in detail,and the thermal management,high efficiency conversion and improvement of system reliability of SiC devices are discussed.The research focuses on the application of SiC inverter in circuit design and control strategy,aiming to improve welding efficiency and quality,reduce energy consumption,and enhance system stability through technological innovation.
