摘  要:针对小型水域水面垃圾清理成本高、效率低的问题,采用收集与压缩相结合的方法,设计了一艘低成本、高效率的小型水域水面垃圾清理船。采用SolidWorks软件完成了装置的整体结构设计,利用ADAMS软件对实现高效存储的剪叉式压缩装置进行了运动学仿真,并对装置的控制模块进行了设计。在此基础上,制作样机并进行了试验,结果表明该垃圾清理船收集速度为0.1 m/s,压缩后船舱垃圾收集量较压缩前提高了127%。该船整体结构简单、成本低、存储效率高,可满足小型水域水面垃圾清理需求。In response to the high cost and low efficiency of small-scale water surface trash collection,a combination of collection and compression methods has been adopted to design a high-efficiency small water surface trash cleaning boat.The overall structural design of the device was completed using SolidWorks software,and the kinematic simulation of the scissor-type compression device for efficient storage was carried out using ADAMS software.The control module of the device was also designed,based on which,a physical prototype was developed and tested.The test results show that the collection speed of the device is 0.1 m/s,and the amount of trash collected in the boat’after compression increased by 127% compared to that before compression.The device has a simple overall structure,low cost,and high storage efficiency,which can meet the needs of small water surface trash collection.
