摘  要:目的检测阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者外周血生化标志物,探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)和胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)与AD患者简明精神评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)评分的相关性。方法选取本院精神科老年病区AD患者103例作为研究对象,并随机选择同期在本院综合科住院的非精神疾病患者97例作对照组。分别检测两组HCY、CHE、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,进行统计分析。结果AD组HCY高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CHE、TG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC、HDL-C、LDL-C与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AD患者BPRS分值与血浆中HCY浓度呈显著正相关(r=0.579,P<0.001),与CHE活性呈负相关(r=-0.295,P=0.003)。结论HCY、CHE或许和AD发病机制存在关联,在AD发生和发展进程中发挥了作用,能够作为AD的辅助诊断指标。Objective To detect biochemical markers in the peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and explore the correlation between homocysteine(HCY)and cholinesterase(CHE)in serum with the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score of AD patients.Methods A total of 103 AD patients in the elderly ward of the psychiatric department of our hospital were selected,as the study grou and 97 patients with non neuropsychiatric diseases hospitalized in the General Department of our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.Both groups were conducted the measurements of HCY,CHE,triglycerides(TG),and total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and these measured data were underwent statistical analysis.Results HCY level was higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Levels of CHE,TG were lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in both groups have no difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The BPRS score of AD patients was significantly positively correlated with plasma HCY concentration(r=0.579,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with CHE activity(r=-0.295,P=0.003).Conclusion HCY and CHE may be related to the pathogenesis of AD,play a role in the occurrence and development of AD,and can be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicators for AD.
