摘  要:目的对赣州市首次自幼儿腹泻患者中检出劳拉沙门氏菌的表型和分子特征进行研究,为临床用药和防控措施提供科学依据。方法对分离株进行生化鉴定、布鲁克质谱仪鉴定、血清凝集试验、药敏试验以及全基因组测序(whole genome sequencing,WGS)。通过WGS结果,进行血清分型、多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)和耐药基因预测。结果生化和质谱鉴定均为沙门氏菌;血清分型为劳拉沙门氏菌(salmonella lawra),抗原式为44:k:e,n,z15;分离株对四环素、氯霉素和复方新诺明耐药,链霉素中介,11种抗菌药物敏感;MLST预测为ST967,耐药基因为floR、tet(A)、sul1。结论本研究分离株为罕见劳拉沙门氏菌,是江西省赣州市首次自幼儿腹泻标本中检出并报道;该菌株存在多重耐药现象;耐药结果与预测耐药基因结果一致。Objective To study the phenotypic and molecular characteristics of Salmonella Lawra isolated for the first time from a child with diarrhea Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,providing scientific evidence for clinical treatment and control measures.Methods The isolate was identified by biochemical tests,MALDI-TOF-MS,serum agglutination tests,drug susceptibility tests,and whole sequencing(WGS).The WGS results were used for serotyping,multilocus sequence typing(MLST),and prediction of resistance genes.Results Both biochemical identifications and mass spectrometry identifications confirmed the isolate as Salmonella;the serotype was identified as Salmonella Lawra(Salmonella Lawra),with formula 44:K:e,n,z15;the isolate was resistant to tetracycline,chloramphenicol,and sulfamethoxazoleimethoprim,intermediate to streptomycin,and sensitive to 11 other antibiotics;MLST prediction showed ST967,and the resistance were floR,tet(A),and sul1.Conclusion The isolate in this study is a rare Salmonella Lawra,which has been reported for the first from a child with diarrhea in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province;this strain exhibits multiple drug resistance;the resistance results are consistent with the predicted resistance genes.
