摘  要:目的:对中美高校全球卫生人才培养进行对比,明确美国高校全球卫生人才培养的特点,以期为中国高校人才培养体系的完善与优化提供一定的参考建议。方法:选取中、美各16所高校为研究对象,通过查阅官方网站、文献库以及召开专家研讨会,从开展规模、培养模式、专业领域实践、跨学科教育以及就业方向5个模块进行对比。结果:美国高校全球卫生人才培养开展规模更广,人才培养计划完善而强调专业领域实践,其跨学科教育形式多样,全球卫生毕业生有进入国际组织的机会。结论:中国高校应丰富培养模式、完善培养计划,同时加强跨学科建设和全球卫生专业领域实践。Objective To identify the characteristics of global health talents cultivations in the U.S.universities,and provide reference suggestions for the improvement and optimization of the talents cultivations system in Chinese universities.Methods 16 universities were selected from China and U.S.as research subjects,and compared from 5 modules including scale,training mode,professional field practice,interdisciplinary education,and employment directions through reviewing official websites,literature databases,and expert seminars.Results The U.S.universities have a larger scale of global health talents cultivations,with comprehensive training programs that emphasize professional field practice.Their interdisciplinary education is diverse,and graduates of global health have opportunities to enter international organizations.Conclusion Chinese universities should enrich their training models,improve training programs,and strengthen interdisciplinary education and professional field practice in global health.
