摘　　要：以西安咖啡创业街区为案例,探索该场所的街道活动与空间社交网络之间的关系。通过提供未来的更新设计和整体重建布局,从“人”的角度指导旧城区的更新和发展。这对于提高公共空间的质量和活力,促进城市繁荣和发展具有重要的现实意义。研究首先使用百度热力图作为基础数据,结合时空标注法和追踪法,实现对街区内人群活动强度和丰富性的定量分析。接下来,借助数据分析软件,通过数据可视化、标准化和分级整合的方法,实现对空间连通性、便利性、舒适性和安全感知的定量分析。然后,将空间连通性、便利性、舒适性和安全感知四个要素与人群活动强度和丰富性两个要素的耦合状态进行比较和解释,挖掘出街道网络中空间活动与社交网络不和谐的街道空间及其原因。最后,针对这些街道空间提出有针对性的优化建议,旨在推动城市设计从经验设计向科学设计转变,使设计更尊重城市发展,实现真正的“以人为本”。Xi'an coffee entrepreneurship block serves as a case study to explore the relationship between street activity and spatial social networks within this site.By providing a renewal design and overall layout for future reconstruction,the goal is to guide the renewal and development of old urban areas from a“people”perspective.Enhancing the quality and vitality of public spaces and promoting urban prosperity and development is of great practical significance.Initially,Baidu thermal maps are employed as the foundational data,combined with spatiotemporal annotation and tracking methods,to quantitatively analyze the intensity and richness of human activities within the block.Subsequently,the use of data analysis software enables the quantitative analysis of spatial connectivity,convenience,comfort,and safety perception through data visualization,normalization,and grading integration.The four elements of spatial connectivity,convenience,comfort,and safety perception are then compared and interpreted in relation to the coupling status of crowd activity intensity and richness.This analysis identifies the street spaces within the network where spatial activity does not harmonize with the social network,exploring the underlying reasons.Finally,targeted optimization suggestions for these street spaces are proposed,aiming to shift urban design from empirical to scientific approaches.This ensures that the design process more accurately respects urban development,achieving a truly“people-oriented”outcome.
