摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎预防中,选择临床干预方案的价值。方法选择2020年2月~2023年1月在本院确诊为鼻咽癌的60例患者研究,以随机数字表法分2组,一组合计30例均实施单纯放疗进行(对照),二组合计30例在放疗后以曲安奈德+克拉霉素干预(观察)。以SPSS软件就临床疗效、发病率、临床指标。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月鼻窦炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻塞、流脓涕、头痛消失时间短于对照组,疼痛评分、CT影像评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎预防中选择曲安奈德+克拉霉素这一干预方案,既可改善患者鼻塞、头痛等症状,同时可降低疾病复发率,值得借鉴与实施。Objective To explore the value of selecting clinical intervention plans in the prevention of sinusitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method A study was conducted on 60 patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method.One group of 30 patients received simple radiotherapy(control),and the other group of 30 patients received intervention with triamcinolone acetonide and clarithromycin after radiotherapy(observation).SPSS software was used to analyze the clinical efficacy,incidence rate and clinical indicators.Result The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of sinusitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3,6,and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05);The disappearance time of nasal congestion,purulent discharge,and headache in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the pain score and CT imaging score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing triamcinolone acetonide+clarithromycin as an intervention plan in the prevention of sinusitis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can not only improve symptoms such as nasal congestion and headache,but also reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.It is worth learning from and implementing.
