彩色多普勒超声技术在诊断检查喉癌中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究分析喉癌检查诊断中彩色多普勒超声技术的应用效果及临床价值。方法2021年7月至2022年6月,就诊耳鼻喉科疑似喉癌患者73例,以彩色多普勒超声技术行疾病检查、诊断,效果分析。结果患者咽喉疾病检出情况汇总,行彩色多普勒超声技术检查、诊断,患者中喉癌具有一定占比。与病理检查(金标准)结果相比,彩色多普勒超声技术诊断喉癌及咽喉疾病均具有良好准确率、灵敏度(P>0.05)。喉癌及咽喉疾病患者影像特征比较,除高密度影占比无差异,其余影像特征均具有差异(P<0.05)。结论诊断检查喉癌,彩色多普勒超声技术的应用,可对喉癌做到有效检出及准确诊断,患喉癌患者经彩色多普勒超声技术检测,能够使其疾病确诊得到促进。Objective To study and analyze the application effect and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the examination and diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Method From July 2021 to June 2022,73 patients with suspected laryngeal cancer in the otolaryngology department were treated for disease examination and diagnosis using color Doppler ultrasound technology,and the results were analyzed.Result A summary of the detection status of throat diseases in patients was conducted,and color Doppler ultrasound technology was used for examination and diagnosis.Laryngeal cancer accounted for a certain proportion of patients.Compared with pathological examination(gold standard)results,color Doppler ultrasound technology has good accuracy and sensitivity in diagnosing laryngeal cancer and throat diseases(P>0.05).The comparison of imaging features between patients with laryngeal cancer and pharyngeal diseases showed that except for the proportion of high-density shadows,all other imaging features showed differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis and examination of laryngeal cancer can achieve effective detection and accurate diagnosis.Patients with laryngeal cancer can be promoted in disease diagnosis through color Doppler ultrasound technology detection.
