地塞米松联合左氧氟沙星治疗化脓性中耳炎的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探析化脓性中耳炎中地塞米松结合左氧氟沙星诊疗的效果及安全性。方法选取就诊于本院的100例化脓性中耳炎患者研究,研究时间为2021年1月~2023年5月,按随机数字法分组,对照组用药左氧氟沙星,治疗组用药地塞米松结合左氧氟沙星,比较指标:治疗有效率、听力水平、炎性因子及安全性。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组较对照组,治疗有效率获得更高的水平(P<0.05);②听力水平:治疗组较对照组,气导、骨导听力损失等获得更低的水平(P<0.05);③炎性因子:治疗组较对照组,IL-6、CRP获得更低的水平(P<0.05);④安全性:治疗组较对照组,消化道反应、头晕等发生率无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论化脓性中耳炎中地塞米松结合左氧氟沙星诊疗效果确切,可控制炎性效应,使听力明显改善,且联合用药未增加不良反应,安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin in the diagnosis and treatment of suppurative otitis media.Method A study was conducted on 100 patients with suppurative otitis media who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received levofloxacin,and the treatment group received dexamethasone combined with levofloxacin.The comparative indicators were treatment efficacy,hearing level,inflammatory factors,and safety.Result①Treatment effectiveness:The treatment group achieved a higher level of treatment effectiveness compared to the control group(P<0.05);②Hearing level:The treatment group achieved lower levels of air conduction and bone conduction hearing loss compared to the control group(P<0.05);③Inflammatory factors:The treatment group achieved lower levels of IL-6 and CRP compared to the control group(P<0.05);④Safety:There was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,dizziness,etc.between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dexamethasone and levofloxacin is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of suppurative otitis media,can control inflammatory effects,significantly improve hearing,and the combination medication does not increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
