葛根素注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对突发性耳聋患者不同频率听力的影响

摘　　要：目的探析突发性耳聋采取葛根素注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月~2023年1月就诊于本院的突发性耳聋患儿展开研究,总例数87例,采取随机数字表法分组,对照组予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射,治疗组基于此加用葛根素注射液,比较指标,如临床疗效、纯音听阈、不良反应等。结果①临床疗效:治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);②纯音听阈:治疗组于0.5kHz、1kHz、2kHz频率下听阈值低于对照组(P<0.05);③不良反应:治疗组不良反应(恶心呕吐、皮疹等)与对照组比无显著性差异(P>0.05);④眩晕症状(DHI)、耳鸣(THI)评分:治疗组DHI、THI低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋采取葛根素注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠诊疗效果确切,可改善临床症状,促进听力恢复,且联合用药未增加不良反应,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of puerarin injection combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 87 children with sudden deafness were selected from January 2020 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups by random number table,the treatment group was given Puerarin injection based on this,and the clinical effects,pure tone threshold,hemorheology,etc.were compared.Results① clinical effect:the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);②pure tone hearing threshold:the hearing threshold of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at the frequencies of 0.5 khz,1 khz and 2 khz(p<0.05);③adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in adverse reactions(nausea,vomiting,rash,etc.)(P>0.05);④the scores of vertigo symptom(Dhi)and tinnitus(Thi)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Puerarin injection combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the hearing recovery,and the combined use of drugs does not increase the adverse reactions,which is worth learning.
