铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑对胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的讨论铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑对胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者的临床效果。方法入选80例胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者主要于2022年5月-2023年7月接受病情诊疗,随机分为对照组40例与研究组40例。对照组实施基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗。观察指标:治疗效果、食管pH值、反流体征与症状评分。结果研究组治疗效果总有效率的97.5%明显高于对照组该指标的77.5%,P<0.05。治疗前两组食管pH值差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗4周后研究组DeMeester评分、食管近端pH<4时间百分比与食管远端pH<4时间百分比明显低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组反流体征与症状评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05:治疗4周后研究组反流体征与症状评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑对胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者有显著治疗效果,可有效降低食管pH值,减轻反流体征与症状,治疗价值显著。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of aluminum magnesium carbonate combined with omeprazole on patients with gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with GERD received diagnosis and treatment from May 2022 to July 2023,and were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).The control group received basic treatment,and the study group was treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate combined with omeprazole on the basis of control group.Outcome measures:Treatment effect,esophageal pH,signs and symptoms of reflux score.Results The total effective rate of 97.5% in the study group was significantly higher than that of 77.5% in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in esophageal pH between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After 4 weeks of treatment,the DeMeester score,the percentage of time with proximal esophageal pH<4 and the percentage of time with distal esophageal pH<4 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in reflux signs and symptoms scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of reflux signs and symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aluminum magnesium carbonate combined with omeprazole has significant therapeutic effect on patients with gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis,which can effectively reduce esophageal pH value and alleviate reflux signs and symptoms,and has significant therapeutic value.
