摘  要:随着中国在医学领域的快速发展和国际合作的加强,越来越多的国际学生选择在中国接受临床医学本科教育。然而,这种趋势也带来了一系列具有挑战性的问题。本文以耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学为例,对来华留学生临床医学专业本科教育面临的问题及对策进行了探讨。开展语言和文化培训,以帮助国际学生克服语言障碍并适应中国的医学文化;优化教学方法和理念,以适应不同教育背景的学生,如引入协作学习和积极参与;加强师生交流与支持,为国际学生提供全面的指导和支持,以提高他们的学习效果和发展潜力。这些对策有助于应对当前面临的挑战和问题,并提高来华留学临床医学专业本科教育的质量与效果。With the rapid development of China in the medical field and the strengthening of international cooperation,more and more international students choose to receive undergraduate clinical medicine education in China.However,this trend also brings a set of challenging issues.Taking otolaryngology,head and neck surgery as an example,this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of undergraduate clinical medicine education for international students.Language and cultural training to help international students overcome language barriers and adapt to Chinese medical culture;Optimize teaching methods and concepts to accommodate students from different educational backgrounds,such as introducing collaborative learning and active participation;Strengthen teacher-student exchanges and support,and provide comprehensive guidance and support to international students to enhance their learning effectiveness and development potential.These measures will help to solve the current challenges and problems,and improve the quality and effectiveness of undergraduate clinical medicine education in China.
