摘　　要：步入信息化时代,对于各种多元化价值取向,取消高校思想教育与社会外界、高校思想教育与学生、学生与社会外界、社会外界与社会外界交互作用,这使得高校网络舆情管理平台成为一个自反馈、自调节、自组织管理,任何线性的、控制的、价值预设的“耗散结构”。本文结合“耗散结构”理论在高校网络舆情管理中的含义,全面分析“耗散结构”理论在高校网络舆情管理中的应用,阐述了耗散结构理论视角下的高校网络舆情外部管理路径分析,耗散结构理论视角下的高校网络舆情内部管理路径分析。In the era of informatization,for various diversified value orientations,the interaction between ideological education in universities and the outside world,between ideological education in universities and students,between students and the outside world,and between the outside world and the outside world has been eliminated.This has made the university network public opinion management platform a self feedback,self-regulation,self-organizing management,any linear,controlled,value preset"dissipative structure".This article combines the concept of"dissipative structure"theory in the management of online public opinion in universities,comprehensively analyzes the application of"dissipative structure"theory in the management of online public opinion in universities,and elaborates on the external management path analysis of online public opinion in universities from the perspective of dissipative structure theory,as well as the internal management path analysis of online public opinion in universities from the perspective of dissipative structure theory.
