广西城乡小学生劳动素养培养的策略研究

摘　　要：对学生进行有效的劳动教育,可以提升学生的劳动素养,使学生形成良好的劳动习惯和劳动态度,促进学生全面发展的基础。论文对个案学校从家长、学生、学校三个方面进行问卷调查和实地调研,发现广西城乡小学生劳动教育存在诸多问题,例如,家长没有做到言传身教、小学生劳动意识不强等,这些问题都对小学生劳动素养的培养具有很大的影响。论文有针对性地提出推进构建家庭、学校和社会一体化的劳动教育体系等对策,为城乡小学生劳动教育教学提供参考。Effective labor education for students can improve students'labor quality,so that students form good labor habits and labor attitude,and promote the foundation of students'all-round development.Paper to case school from parents,students,school three aspects of questionnaire survey and field investigation,found that urban and rural pupils labor education problems in Guangxi,such as parents did not do precept,pupils labor consciousness is not strong,these problems are the cultivation of pupils labor quality has great influence.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the construction of labor education system of family,school and social integration,so as to provide reference for laboreducation and teaching of urban and rural primary school students.
