摘　　要：随着智能手机的普及和网络技术的飞速发展,手机成为父母生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而,父母过度依赖手机,尤其是在与子女互动时频繁使用手机,可能会影响亲子关系的质量及儿童的心理发展。本文通过分析父母手机依赖对儿童亲子依恋关系的影响,探讨手机依赖如何改变父母与子女的互动方式,进而影响儿童的情感安全感和依恋类型。研究发现,父母手机依赖会削弱其对儿童情感需求的回应能力,影响亲子之间的情感沟通,进而可能导致儿童安全依恋的缺失或不稳定依恋的形成。本文还通过案例分析和问卷调查,结合现代心理学、社会学和教育学理论,进一步探讨了父母手机依赖与儿童亲子依恋之间的关联,并提出了促进健康亲子关系的策略和建议。With the widespread use of smartphones and the rapid development of internet technology,smartphones have become an indispensable part of parents'daily lives.However,excessive dependency on smartphones,especially during interactions with children,may affect the quality of the parent-child relationship and children's psychological development.This paper analyzes the impact of parental smartphone dependency on children's attachment to their parents,exploring how smartphone dependence alters the way parents interact with their children and,consequently,affects children's emotional security and attachment styles.The study finds that parental smartphone dependency weakens their ability to respond to children's emotional needs,impacts emotional communication within the parent-child relationship,and may lead to a lack of secure attachment or the development of insecure attachment in children.Through case studies and surveys,combined with modern psychological,sociological,and educational theories,this paper further explores the relationship between parental smartphone dependency and children's parent-child attachment,and proposes strategies and recommendations for promoting healthy parent-child relationships.
