摘  要:本研究以湖北省中医药行业产教融合共同体为例,探讨湖北中医药高专校企合作的产教融合模式。共同体通过集成教育、科研和企业资源,采用订单班、实训基地和技术创新中心等方式,精准对接行业需求,提升了中医药教育质量和行业竞争力,推动了中医药行业的现代化。研究中也发现了一些难点,如产业需求与教育培养脱节、资源整合困难及实践基地不足。为此,提出了相应对策,包括完善需求对接机制、加强资源整合的政策支持、扩展实践基地,以保障共同体的可持续发展。This study uses the Hubei TCM Industry-Education Integration Community as a case to explore the industry-education integration model through university-enterprise cooperation at Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The community integrates resources from education,research,and enterprise sectors,employing methods such as customized training programs,training bases,and a technology innovation center to precise meet industry needs,thereby enhancing the quality of TCM education and the competitive of the sector,and advancing its modernization.The study also identifies some challenges,such as the misalignment between industry needs and educational training,resource integration difficulties,and insufficient practical training bases.Mechanisms for aligning demands,policy support for resource integration,and expand practical training bases ensure the sustainable development of the community.
