摘 要:高等学校全面推进课程思政建设,是贯彻落实“育人的根本在于立德”这一根本任务的关键环节。随着教育革新的不断深入,对分课堂作为一种新型教学模式受到了广泛关注。该模式由复旦大学张学新教授提出,基于建构主义教育理论,旨在促进学生的深度学习。本文以《植物生理学》课程为例,探讨了对分课堂教学模式在课程思政建设中的应用与实践。对分课堂将课堂时间灵活分配给教师和学生,通过讲授、独学、讨论和对话四个环节,实现教学活动的有机结合。在实施过程中,教师引导学生深入理解植物生命活动规律,并将其与社会科学发展规律相联系,以提升学生的综合素质。同时,本文还提出了基于对分课堂的《植物生理学》课程建设策略,包括讲授、独学、讨论和对话的具体实施步骤,以及课程考核评价体系的构建。虽然对分课堂对教师能力提出了较高要求,但通过优化教学设计和课堂活动,可以有效提升教学效果。研究表明,对分课堂不仅提高了教学效率,还有助于实现学生的个性化学习和全面发展,是一种适合中国教育环境的有效教学模式。The comprehensive promotion of ideological and political education in higher education is a key link in implementing the funda-mental task of"cultivating students'morality".With the continuous deepening of educational reform,the split classroom as a new teaching model has received widespread attention.This model was proposed by Professor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University,based on constructivist educational theory,with the aim of promoting students'deep learning.This article takes the course of Plant Physiology as an example to explore the application and practice of the split classroom teaching mode in the ideological and political construction of the course.Split classroom flexibly allocates classroom time to teachers and students,achieving an organic combination of teaching activities through four stages:lectures,independent learning,discussions,and dialogues.In the implementation process,teachers guide students to deeply under-stand the laws of plant life activities and link them with the development laws of social sciences to enhance students'comprehensive quality.At the same time,this article also proposes a strategy for the construction of the"Plant Physiology"course based on split classroom teach-ing,including specific implementation steps for teaching,independent learning,discussion,and dialogue,as well as the construction of a course assessment and evaluation system.Although there are high requirements for teachers'abilities in segmented classrooms,optimizing teaching design and classroom activities can effectively improve teaching effectiveness.Research has shown that split classroom teaching not only improves teaching efficiency,but also helps achieve personalized learning and comprehensive development for students,making it an effective teaching model suitable for the Chinese educational environment.
