抓实船员党员队伍建设,发挥党员先锋模范作用的思考与实践

摘　　要：船员党员队伍建设是船舶党建的重要工作。抓好船舶党建,融入船舶安全生产,必须引导船员党员立足岗位、创先争优,在做好安全管理、维护船舶稳定、联系服务船员中勇担当、做先锋、尽义务,以模范行为为党旗增光添彩。笔者结合工作实践在本文中对抓好党员在船教育管理,如何发挥好党员先锋模范作用进行了分析和思考,并对结合所工作合瀛轮实际发挥党员先锋模范作用的经验做法进行了阐述。The construction of the crew party member team is an important work of ship party building.To strengthen the party building of ships and integrate into ship safety production,it is necessary to guide crew party members to base themselves on their positions,strive for excellence,bravely take on responsibilities,be pioneers,and fulfill their obligations in doing a good job in safety management,maintaining ship stability,and contacting and serving crew members,and to use exemplary behavior to bring glory to the party flag.The author combines work practice to analyze and reflect on how to effectively manage the education of party members on board ships,and how to give full play to the exemplary role of party members.The author also elaborates on the experience and practices of giving full play to the exemplary role of party members based on the actual work of the He Ying ship.
