摘 要:目的:观察虚拟现实技术在步态实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取新乡医学院康复治疗学专业2019级学生60名,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组接受传统教学,试验组接受虚拟现实技术教学,比较两组学生的学习效果和学习能力。结果:试验组理论和技能操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在学习主动性、学习氛围、分析归纳能力和操作能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:虚拟现实技术能够改善教学效果,提高学生的临床思维分析能力,激发学生的学习主动性和积极性。Objective:To observe the effect of applying virtual reality technology in gait analysis practical teaching.Methods:Sixty 2019 students from the Rehabilitation Therapy program at Xinxiang Medical University were randomly divided into a test group and a control group.The control group received traditional practical teaching,while the test group received teaching using virtual reality technology.The learning outcomes and abilities of the two groups were compared.Results:The test group had significantly higher theoretical exam scores,experimental operation skills,and teaching effectiveness than the control group(P<0.05).The test group also showed significant differences in learning initiative,learning environment,analytical and inductive abilities,and operational skills compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of virtual reality technology can improve teaching effectiveness,enhance students'clinical thinking and analytical abilities,and stimulate students'learning initiative and enthusiasm,making it a method with broad potential for promotion.
