摘　　要：翻瓣术是应用最广泛的牙周术式,也是很多牙周手术的基础。术前需评估牙周状态,根据手术目的、解剖因素等设计翻瓣术的切口、翻瓣、复位和缝合等步骤。改良Widman翻瓣术是最常用的翻瓣术式之一。随着手术理念、器械和生物材料的革新,翻瓣技术也有了新的进展。本文主要介绍改良Widman翻瓣术的步骤及操作要点,并对手术的进展进行简要综述,旨在为口腔医师和医学生提供学习参考。Flap surgery is one of the most widely used basic periodontal surgeries.The periodontal condition should be evaluated before surgery.The incision,flap raising,reduction and suture are designed according to the purpose of operation and anatomical factors.With the innovation of surgical concepts,instruments and biological materials,flap surgery has been improved accordingly.This article briefly reviewed the progress of the flap surgery,and introduced the steps and key points of the surgery step by step,in order to provide a learning reference for dentists and stomatological students.
