摘　　要：牙周炎的分类曾经会议专家于1999年和2018年进行了两次修改,欧洲牙周病学会又于2020和2022年先后发布了牙周炎Ⅰ-Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的S3级临床实践指南。本文将简要介绍新分类下牙周炎的诊断、管理以及治疗的方案及意义。并根据Ⅳ期牙周炎的四种病例类型提供合理的治疗方案,以帮助临床医师更好地理解上述指南以提高对各期牙周炎的临床疗效。The classification of periodontitis was revised twice in 1999 and 2018,and the S3 level clinical practice guidelines for periodontitis stageⅠ-Ⅲand stage IV were issued by European Federation of Periodontology(EFP)in 2020 and 2022 respectively.This article briefly introduces the diagnosis,management,treatment and meanings of periodontitis under the new classification.According to the four types of stage IV periodontitis cases,this artical also provides reasonable treatment schemes to help clinicians to better interpret the above guidelines which is conductive to improve the efficiency of clinical treatment of periodontitis.
