摘　　要：目的:本文旨在报道1例诊断为广泛型Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者其系统治疗的过程与疗效,以探索针对该类牙周炎患者的诊治思路及临床经验。诊治经过:对于该Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者,开展了完善的基础治疗、牙槽嵴保存术、种植修复和牙周维护。结果:本病例达到了恢复健康并重建功能诊治目标,患者对当前治疗效果表示满意。结论:对于此类复杂的广泛型Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者,尤其需要系统性的诊疗设计与规范的牙周治疗方法,并结合必要的学科交叉手段联合攻关。Objective:The systemic treatment on a case of generalized stageⅣgrade C periodontitis was illustrated in this article,which is prospective to provide ideas and clinical experience for treatment of such severe periodontitis cases.Diagnosis and treatment:A thorough initial periodontal therapy,the alveolar ridge preservation,implant restorations and the periodontal maintenance were conducted in this case.Results:The goal of recovering health and reconstructing function were achieved and the patient was satisfied with the treatment effect.Conclusions:For such complex cases of generalized stageⅣgrade C periodontitis,a systemic design and standardized methods combined with necessary interdisciplinary approaches are particularly requested.
