摘　　要：目的:本文报道1例广泛型Ⅲ期C级牙周炎患者22个月的牙周序列治疗,为该类患者治疗提供一定参考。诊治经过:41岁男性患者,进行牙周基础治疗、牙周翻瓣术治疗、牙周再生性手术治疗、游离龈移植术及种植修复的联合治疗,并接受牙周维护治疗。结果:经过上述治疗,患者牙周情况恢复健康,牙周再生性手术使5骨量增加,缺牙区角化黏膜宽度大于2mm,缺失牙得到修复,恢复了完整牙列,取得较好的临床效果。结论:Ⅲ期牙周炎患者常需要行牙周综合序列治疗,在种植前软组织评估及管理后,再行牙周联合种植治疗,有利于种植体周软组织长期稳定。Objective:This case reports periodontal sequence treatment for 22-month of a patient with generalized stageⅢgrade C periodontitis,hoping to provide some reference for this type of patient.Diagnosis and treatment:A 41-year-old male patient was treated with a combination of periodontal initial therapy,periodontal flap surgery,periodontal regenerative surgery,free gingival graft and implant surgery,followed by supportive periodontal therapy.Results:Through these comprehensive oral treatment,the patient’s periodontal condition returned to health.The bone of second premolar of left mandibular increased due to periodontal regenerative surgery.Furthermore,the width of the keratinized mucosa in the area of missing teeth was more than 2mm,and the missing teeth were repaired,and the dentition integrity was restored.Conclusions:Patients with stageⅢperiodontitis often require comprehensive sequential periodontal therapy,and pre-implant soft tissue assessment and management followed by combined periodontal implant therapy facilitates long-term peri-implant soft tissue stability.
