摘 要:为研究砂砾地层多孔平行顶管施工所需顶推力值,综合考虑管土接触、管周泥浆减阻、土拱效应,提出一种考虑管间相互扰动的顶推力计算方法。依托南昌市丹霞路综合管廊工程,将工程实测值、现有文献数据与理论计算结果进行对比,分析土体参数变化对顶推力的影响。结果表明:顶推力随土体内摩擦角φ的增大而减小;依托工程中的三孔管道计算得到的顶推力值与实测值分别相差24.67%、7.16%、0.48%,相较于现有其他理论计算方法误差最小,表明在砂砾地层中该多孔平行顶管顶推力计算公式更具适用性。In order to study the jacking force value required for the construction of multi-hole parallel pipe jacking in gravel stratum,a jacking force calculation method considering the mutual disturbance between pipes was proposed by comprehensively considering the pipe-soil contact,the drag reduction of mud around the pipe and the soil arching effect.Based on the Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project of Danxia Road in Nanchang City,the measured values of the project,the existing literature data and the theoretical calculation results were compared to analyze the influence of soil parameter changes on the jacking force.The result shows that,the jacking force decreases with the increase of the internal friction angleφ.Relying on the the three hole pipeline in this supporting project,the difference between the jacking force calculated by this method and the measured value is 24.67%,7.16%and 0.48%,respectively.Compared with other existing theoretical calculation methods,the error is the smallest,indicating that the formula for calculating the jacking force of the multi-hole parallel pipe jacking is more applicable in gravel stratum.
