摘　　要：民族地区是国家巩固拓展脱贫成果和推进乡村振兴的重点区域,加快民族地区产业结构升级,是增加脱贫人口收入的有效途径。采用数理统计、计量经济和空间分析方法,分析了海南省民族地区产业结构模式的时空变化过程,定量测度了产业结构的高级化、合理化及差异变化情况,同时从经济发展、宏观调控和产业自身发展方面剖析了产业结构的影响因素,进而提出民族地区应抓住海南自贸港建设机遇,在第三产业上加大对民族地区的黎苗文化和黎药等独特资源禀赋的挖掘利用,在第一产业上加大对热带高效农业全链条增值和交叉融合的扶持,在第二产业上继续推进产业结构合理化与可持续发展,加快民族地区产业升级和跨越式发展。Ethnic minority areas are key areas in which the state can consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization.Accelerating the upgrading of the industrial structure in ethnic minority areas is an effective way to increase the income of people lifted out of poverty.Mathematical statistics and econometric and spatial analysis methods were used to analyze the spatiotemporal change process of industrial structure patterns in Hainan’s ethnic areas,to quantitatively measure the upgrading,rationalization,and differentiation of the industrial structure,and to discuss its influencing factors,including economic development,macrocontrol,and industry self-development.Furthermore,it was pro-posed that ethnic minority areas should seize the opportunity for Hainan Free Trade Port construction,increase the mining and utilization of unique resources such as Li and Miao culture and Li medicine in ethnic minority areas in tertiary industry,in-crease the support for value addition and cross-integration of the whole chain of high-efficiency tropical agriculture in the primary industry,and continue to promote the rationalization and sustainable development of the industrial structure in the secondary industry,to accelerate the industrial upgrading and leapfrog development in ethnic minority areas.
