摘  要:为真实掌握江西村镇大量既有老旧房屋的抗震性能,以砖混结构、砖木结构这两类典型结构为依托,开展考虑材料性能退化的江西村镇老旧房屋抗震性能分析。确定了以酸雨腐蚀作为主要影响因素的材料性能退化规律,进而建立了两栋老旧房屋的有限元模型,并开展弹塑性时程分析,从加速度、位移和受拉损伤反应等方面分析了房屋的抗震性能。此外,采用打包带加固方法对各老旧房屋进行加固,并对比加固前后各房屋的抗震性能。结果表明:砖混结构和砖木结构在小、中、大震作用下,破坏程度依次加重,抗震性能依次递减,不满足当地抗震设防要求;相比于未考虑材料性能退化时,各房屋的抗震性能均有所下降,砖木结构在大震作用下有较大的倒塌风险;相比于加固前,采用打包带加固后各房屋的抗震性能均有提升,均能满足当地抗震设防要求,打包带加固方法是一种非常适用于村镇房屋的抗震加固方法。研究成果可为我国村镇防灾减灾工作提供参考。In order to truly grasp the seismic performance of a large number of old houses in villages and towns of Jiangxi Province,the seismic performance analysis of these houses considering material property degradation was carried out based on the two typical structures of brick-concrete structure and brick-wood structure.The degradation law of material properties with acid rain corrosion as the main influence factor is determined,and then the finite element models of two old buildings are established,and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis is carried out to analyze the seismic performance of the buildings from the aspects of acceleration,displacement and tensile damage response.In addition,the old houses are reinforced by the method of packing belt reinforcement,and the seismic performance of each house before and after reinforcement is compared.The results show that under the action of small,medium and large earthquakes,the damage degree of brick-concrete structure and brick-wood structure increases in turn,and the seismic performance decreases in turn,which cannot meet the local earthquake resistance requirements.Compared with the seismic performance of each house without considering the degradation of material properties,the seismic performance of each house is reduced,and the brick-wood structure has a greater risk of collapse under the action of large earthquakes.Compared with the situation before reinforcement,the seismic performance of each house is improved after reinforcement with a packing belt,and it can meet the local seismic resistance requirements.The packing belt reinforcement method is a very suitable seismic reinforcement method for rural houses.The research results can provide reference for disaster prevention and mitigation of villages and towns in China.
